Telangana State Panchayat Raj Department (TSPRI) has issued hall tickets for TS Panchayat Secretary recruitment exam on October 02, 2018. The written exam comprising of paper 1 and paper 2 are scheduled to be held on October 10, 2018.
In order to download hall tickets, candidates who had applied for “Direct Recruitment For The Post Of Junior Panchayat Secretaries” have to visit tspri.cgg.gov.in. On the website, there is a single link with text “Click Here to Apply Online for Junior Panchayat Secretary Post”.
Upon clicking the link, one is redirected to tsprrecruitment.in that is maintained by Panchayat Raj Department. On this website, all latest notifications of Panchayat Secretary recruitment 2018 are hosted, along with hall tickets. Download hall ticket online.
Candidates need to click the link that says “Click Here To Download HallTicket”. This takes to login page. One must enter mobile number and date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format then click “Download” button. Upon entering requisite login details and clicking proper button, TS Panchayat Secretary Hall Ticket 2018 appears on screen which can be downloaded.
Through officially issued admit card (hall ticket), one gets to know of assigned exam centre and other details of exam. This document plays another important role of letting candidate get entry to exam center.
It is compulsory for test takers to take hall ticket printout as well as other requisite documents with them to exam center on day of exam. Without it, one cannot enter exam hall.
Objective type papers will be there for Paper 1 as well as Paper 2. Whereas the former will be on General Studies and Mental Ability, Culture and History of Telangana, the latter will be on Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018, Rural Development Programmes, Other Government schemes including Government of India and Government of Telangana.
Both papers shall have 100 questions, of 100 marks, to be in 2 hours each. There will be negative marking of 1/4th marks assigned to a question for every wrong answer. Marks secured in aggregate shall be used to prepare a merit list for the purpose of selection to advertised 9355 vacancies to posts of Junior Panchayat Secretary.
TS Panchayat Secretary Recruitment 2018 notification for 9355 vacancies was published on August 31, 2018. Candidates were given time from September 03 to 15, 2018 to apply online at tspri.cgg.gov.in. Initially the exam was scheduled to be held on October 04, 2018. However recently the date of exam was postponed to October 10, 2018. More than a week prior to exam, now hall ticket has been issued.
Earlier today it was reported that the exam date is clashing with RRB Group D exam. However now that hallticket has been released by the exam organizers, it is evident that there will be no more changes in exam date and such candidates, whose exam dates are clashing, will have to take a decision on which exam they wish to appear in.
Candidates from all over India were eligible to apply for the recruitment, albeit subject to being treated as open candidates. Once the exam is over, TSPRI will announce result at tspri.cgg.gov.in only.
Role of a Panchayat Secretary in Telangana State are described in the Telangana Panchayat Raj Bill 2018. It says
“The Panchayat Secretary shall with the approval of the Gram Panchayat prepare and display the Agenda for the Gram Sabha, in the manner prescribed and Communicate agenda to the members with the subjects as mentioned in sub-section (8).”
Sarpanch shall exercise administrative control over Panchayat Secretary. Further, the Panchayat Secretary shall be responsible for implementing the resolutions of the Gram Panchayat and of the Committee thereof.
Candidates who get selected through this recruitment exercise will be appointed to post of Junior Panchayat Secretary at a consolidated renumeration fo Rs 15000 for 3 years, upon successfully completing which, they will get appointed as Panchayat Secretary.
