Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education, Dehradun has now postponed the UBTER Staff Nurse Exam 2021. Owing to COVID-19, the Staff Nurse Written Exam will now take place in the second or third week of June 2021 which was earlier scheduled for May 28, 2021. An official notification in this regard has also been published on the official website, ubtersn.in. The Staff Nurse recruitment is announced to fill 2621 vacant positions.
Earlier, the written examination for UBTER Staff Nurse was scheduled for May 28, 2021. However, the country is currently tackling the second wave of Coronavirus. Considering present situations, the conducting body has decided to postpone the UBTER Staff Nurse Exam Date 2021 again. Now, the exam will take place in the second or third week of June 2021.
Along with the exam date, the Board has also decided to increase the number of test centres for the Staff Nurse exam. Initially, candidates were given a choice of two test centres – Dehradun and Haldwani. All the arrangements for the written exam were supposed to take place in these district centres only. However, considering the spread of the virus and social distancing norms, UBTER has decided to increase the number of test centres across the state.
The UBTER Staff Nurse exam 2021 will be conducted in 13 different districts of Uttarakhand. The list includes the Almora, Bageshwer, Champawat (Lohaghat), Chamoli (Gauchar), Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital (Haldwani), Pauri (Srinagar), Pithoragarh, Rudraprayag, Tehri (New Tehri), U S Nagar (Rudrapur) and Uttarakashi. Each test centre is assigned a code.
Candidates now have to select any one of these districts as their test centres for the written examination. The link to submit the preference will activate tomorrow from May 23, 2021, onwards. Candidates are required to visit the official website, ubtersn.in and login via registration number/ password. The window will automatically close after 05 days on May 28, 2021. Candidates who fail to submit any preference within the given time duration will automatically be allocated with Dehradun or Haldwani as test centres. Once the test centre is allocated, no request regarding the change in it is entertained.
Furthermore, the UBTER admit card is expected to be released a few days before the exam in May/ June 2021. Candidates download the UBTER Staff Nurse Admit Card 2021 from the official website, ubtersn.in. They have to log in using the registration number/ registered mobile number and password. On the call letter, they can check the exam date, reporting time, exam centre and some COVID-19 guidelines for the exam date.
