SBI PO Prelims 2020 5 Jan Exam Analysis; Shift 1 & 2; Important Topics, Difficulty, Good Attempts

SBI PO 2020 Prelims Exam Analysis 05 Jan

State Bank of India (SBI) Probationary Officer (PO) January 05, 2021 Shift 1 and Shift 2 Exam is now over. The first shift exam took place from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM which was followed by Shift 2 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. As per SBI PO Exam Experts, the exam for Shift 1 was of moderate level. Similarly, SBI PO 2020 Prelims Exam 05 Jan Shift 2 Exam was of easy to moderate level. Aspirants can check the SBI PO 2020 Prelims Exam analysis, difficulty level, good number of attempts here.

SBI PO Prelims 05 Jan Shift 1 Exam Analysis

The shift 1 of SBI PO 2020 exam, as discussed above, was of moderate difficulty level. Each section namely English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability was of moderate level. Starting with the English Language (easy to moderate), the questions were asked from Reading Comprehension(08), Word Rearrangement (04), Match the column (03),  Error Detection (05), Cloze Test (05) and Double Fillers (05).  Reading Comprehension was based on Artificial Intelligence. 

Quantitative Aptitude was also of moderate level. Most of the questions were from Data Interpretation which were based on Bar Graph, tabular DI and Caselet. The remaining questions were from Missing Number Series, Approximation and Miscellaneous Word Problems. Now moving to the Reasoning Section, most of the questions were asked from Seating Arrangement (25 questions). Around 04 questions were from Chinese coding and Blood Relation respectively. 

As per student’s review, a good number of attempts in SBI PO 05 Jan Shift 1 is 58 questions to 67 questions. If we discuss the section wise good number of attempts around 18 -22 questions in english section, 17 – 26 questions in the reasoning section and 19 – 22 and Quantitative aptitude are good attempts. 

SBI PO Prelims 05 Jan Shift 2 Exam Analysis

Shift 2 for SBI PO 05 Jan was of easy to moderate level. Unlike previous shift exam, English Language section was of easy to moderate difficulty level. Most of the questions were asked from the Reading Comprehension, Phrase replacement, Error Detection, Cloze Test and others. 

The level of Quantitative Aptitude was yet again of easy to moderate level. As discussed by students, there were 02 sets of Double Bar Graph and Bar Graph. Around 05 questions were asked from Wrong Number Series and Quadratic Equations respectively. The Reasoning section was aso of easy to moderate level. Most of the questions were from Seating Arrangement only. 

To sum up the Shift 2 exam, a good number of attempts can be between 64 – 72 questions. Aso, section wise good number of attempts can be between 21 -26 in the English Language, 25 – 31 questions in Reasoning Ability and 23– 26 in Quantitative Aptitude.
