Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is going to activate the official link to check exam date and city for 2nd phase of NTPC 2020 first stage CBTs tomorrow. The Board has published an official notice in this regard at the official website rrbcdg.gov.in. Candidates who are shortlisted for appearing in the 2nd phase of the first stage NTPC 2020 CBTs can check the exam city and date from the official website. The examination is scheduled to be conducted from January 16 to 30, 2021 as a Computer Based Test. As per the notice, the link to view exam date & city is to be activated on or before January 06, 2021. In addition, SC/ST candidates can download Free Travelling Authority (FTA).
NTPC 1st stage CBTs are being conducted in multiple phases now. Out of approximately 1.25 crore registered candidates, the first phase exam is being conducted for 23 lakh candidates. In the second phase exam scheduled to start from January 16, 2021, approximately 27 lakh candidates is set to appear. The examination for the remaining candidates are to be conducted in subsequent stages to be intimated at the official website later.
Candidates who are scheduled to appear in the second phase exam can view their exam city and date by clicking on the “Exam City and Date Intimation” link at the official website. The link is to be activated by the RRB on or before January 06, 2021. Candidates who belong to SC/ST categories can also download the Free Travelling Authority (FTA) from the aforementioned link. Details of the exam date and city (venue of exam center) can also be checked from the admit cards. RRB NTPC 2020 admit card for second phase of 1st stage exam are going to release 04 days before the exam date.
In order to check the exam date and city as well as for downloading FTA, candidates need to login to the website using Registration Number and Date of Birth. Upon visiting the regional RRB website, candidates can view the link at the homepage. Clicking the link automatically redirects to the candidate login page to check the exam date and city and downloading the FTA.
RRB Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) recruitment exam is being conducted after a long waiting time. The 1st stage CBTs are being conducted in multiple phases. Candidates have to appear in a Computer Based Test at designated centres. The question paper consists of all objective type MCQ type questions. The question paper is based on the sections of General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence & Reasoning. Candidates have to qualify in this exam for appearing in subsequent selection stages for recruitment to various NTPC posts.
