Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) recently released the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) 2021 provisional answer keys on the official regional websites or 21 RRBs. With it, the authority also released question paper and responses. Railway also provided a facility to raise objections against the answer key. Candidates can raise objections by paying Rs.50 for each question. This feature shall remain open for two more days i.e., until August 23, 2021. After the lapse of the deadline, RRB will look into examine all the objections and incorporate the appropriate ones into the answer key. A final answer key will be released later with the necessary changes.
To raise objections against the RRB NTPC 2021 answer key, candidates must first login to the official website and download the answer key. Carefully look at the answers given and determine which answers are not appropriate. After noting them down, visit the official website and click on the objection facility link. This link will be present on the homepage itself.
After clicking on the objection link, mention the question number for which objection is being raised. Also provide satisfactory reasoning and representation. In case the reasons are not acceptable, the objection will be rejected by authorities. Thus, a proper justification explaining the objection is necessary.
Before submitting the objections, candidates must also pay Rs.50 as objection fee for each question. This fee along with the bank charges can be paid using any bank Debit card, Rupay Debit card, SBI Visa or Master Debit Card. Once the fee is successfully processed, candidates can submit their objection. Again, all these formalities have to be completed latest by August 23, 2021, 11:59 pm. Beyond this, authorities will not accept any objections against the provisional answer key. Therefore, candidates have just over two days to raise their objections.
Authorities have also clarified that if the objection is found to be valid, the fee will be refunded back into the same bank account from which it was debited. Invariably, if the objection is rejected, candidates will not be getting any refund. Authorities will not accept any requests for refund or re-evaluation of objections.
RRB authorities will be incorporating all the required changes in the provisional answer key and thereafter, release the final answer key. NTPC 2021 results will also be determined on the basis of the final answer key. Since this process is elaborate and tedious due to the number of candidates participating in the exam, results are likely to come out in the first week of September 2021. Authorities have not made any official announcement in this disregard. Thus, to avoid any confusion, candidates are instructed to frequently visit the official website for important announcements.
