Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) will activate the intimation link to check RRB NTPC phase 7 exam date, city, and free travel authority link today, on July 13, 2021. The examination for the 7th phase will be held on July 23, 24, 26, and 31, 2021 for approx. 2.78 lakh candidates.
When will RRB NTPC 7th Phase Exam Date, City Intimation Link be active?
The exact time at which it may happen is not known. However going by the usual trend, it will either happen around noon, or shortly thereafter.
Nevertheless, at any time the railways activates the link, they will send an intimation to their registered email id and mobile number via email and sms.
It may be noted, that there are four exam dates – July 23, 24, 26, and 31, 2021. For each exam date, the exam date and city intimation is activated exactly 10 days before the exam date. Which means, that only those candidates who will be allotted the exam date of July 23, 2021, can check their intimation from today i.e. July 13, 2021. Whereas candidates whose exam date will be July 24, 2021, will get the intimation tomorrow, on July 14, 2021. Likewise those with exam dates July 26, 2021 will check on July 16, 2021. And finally the July 31, 2021 exam date candidates will get theirs on July 21, 2021.
Therefore, all the candidates whose exam is yet to happen may be waiting for their city intimation today. But only 1/4th will get them today. Others will get as per the timeline explained above.
Where to check RRB NTPC Exam Date, City 2021 for 7th Phase?
The link to check these services will be available online on all RRB websites. Once it is available, the candidates scheduled in NTPC 7th phase can check the examination date, city for their first stage computer-based test.
Candidates can check and download their exam date, city, and call letter from the regional websites of all participating RRBs including – rrbahmedabad.gov.in, rrbajmer.gov.in, rrbald.gov.in, rrbbnc.gov.in, rrbbhopal.gov.in, rrbbbs.gov.in, rrbcdg.gov.in, rrbchennai.gov.in, rrbgkp.gov.in, rrbguwahati.gov.in, rrbjammu.nic.in, rrbkolkata.gov.in, rrbmalda.gov.in, rrbmumbai.gov.in, rrbpatna.gov.in, rrbranchi.gov.in, rrbsecunderabad.nic.in, rrbthiruvananthapuram.gov.in, rrbsiliguri.gov.in, rrbmuzaffarpur.gov.in, and rrbbilaspur.gov.in.
To check the exam date and city, candidates will have to visit any of the official websites of the railway recruitment boards. An intimation will also be sent to the candidates scheduled in the 7th phase via email and mobile numbers provided through the application. Once they log in, they will have to press click on “Link for viewing the exam city and date intimation slip”. Thereafter, to check the exam date and exam city link candidate’s registration number and date of birth are required. After press click on login, the details regarding NTPC CEN 01/2019 phase 7 exam date, city, and will appear on the home screen. Details regarding the shift of examination, exam timing, entry, and things to carry at the examination centre will also be there.
Furthermore, the e-call letters will be activated four days prior to the exam date mentioned in the exam city and date intimation link. This means that candidates will be eligible to download their admit cards from July 19, 2021, onwards.
Candidates are also advised to carefully read and comply with the instructions uploaded along with the e-call letter- particularly on banned items like – electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, pager, watches, Bluetooth enabled devices, calculators, metallic items, bangles, belts, bracelets etc. are strictly prohibited inside the test centre. Apart from this, RRB has also set up a help desk to help the candidates appearing in the 7th phase exam. Through these, candidates can clear all their doubts related to the examination.

Earlier, after aspirants’ online protest on Twitter, Indian Railways notified the exam dates for the NTPC 7th phase exam. It was stated that the examination will be conducted following the COVID-19 strict guidelines at all designated centres across the country.
“Owing to the current situation due to COVID-19, candidates are advised to strictly follow the guidelines related to the COVID-19 and issued by the Railway Recruitment Board along with the call letter,” official notice of Railway reads.
According to the instruction, the use of a face mask has been mandatory and candidates will be allowed entry only if wearing a mask. It shall be worn at all times except at the time of capturing photographs.
