As promised, RRB ALP Technician Admit Card 2018 has been released for candidates whose exam is four days away. Candidates can login to download e-call letter or the RRB Hall Ticket 2018 for ALP Technician first stage computer based test.
The first Railway Recruitment Board to publish the notification about RRB admit card release was RRB Allahabad at rrbald.gov.in. Nevertheless, now all candidates can visit indianrailways.gov.in to navigate to their RRB websites to download admit card. However, the RRB candidate login link is the same for all boards hence candidates can actually directly check out the download admit card link and login.
It is important to note that only those candidates whose exam is on Thursday, August 9 can download RRB ALP Technician Admit Card 2018 from Sunday, August 5. Then candidates having exam on August 10 can download admit card from August 6. Likewise those who have exam on August 13 can download hall ticket from August 9; candidates whose exam is on August 14 can download call letter on August 10. Those who have first stage computer based test on August 17 can download admit card from August 13. If exam is on August 20, then call letter can be downloaded from August 16. By the same token exam takers on August 21 will get their RRB ALP hall ticket issued on August 17. Then those who have test on August 29 can get their admit card of RRB ALP and Technician 2018 on August 25. Test takers on second last day of exam that is August 30 will get their call letter on August 26. The last batch of exam takers will take exam on August 31 and they will get RRB ALP Technician Admit Card on August 27.
How to download RRB ALP Technician Admit Card?
Candidates need to visit the candidate login. There they have to enter registration number and date of birth. Then they have to click login button. Upon logging in, candidates can download RRB Hall Ticket 2018 for ALP Technician.
Another way is to go to indianrailways.gov.in and click on recruitment tab which appears in top menu. This takes to page containing list of all RRBs. Now candidates can click on relevant RRB link and go to that RRB website to navigate to login to download admit card link.
Important details in RRB ALP Technician Admit Card
A sample admit card is shown below. As can be seen, it contains several important details including roll number, registration number, name, name and address of exam centre, exam date and shift with reporting time, candidate photograph and signature.
It is relevant to note that admit card issued by Railways also contain landmark and nearest railway station to exam centre.
Instructions to candidates on e-call letter
Candidates should report to the centre of the examination well in advance of the reporting time indicated on the e-call letter to complete activities such as verification of the the candidate, capture of biometric (LTI) and photo, collection of documents, announcement of instructions and logging in.
If any candidate faces any issues while downloading admit card, they should check that they are using latest version of internet browser. They should also check that the login credentials are correct. If technical issues persist, they should try again in some time or contact board.
