Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for engagement of 358 Trade Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961. RCF Limited has published a recruitment notification in this regard at the official website i.e. rcfltd.com. The vacancies are available for various trades including Attendant, Mechanic, Electrician, Machinist and others. Aspiring candidates are invited to register at apprenticeship.gov.in and apply at the official website of the company starting from December 08, 2020. The last date to apply is December 22, 2020, till 05.00 PM. Selected candidates will be engaged in stipended training for a period of 1 year.

Overall, 291 vacancies are available for engagement of Trade Apprentices under the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. This includes trade such as AOCP, LACP, IMPC, MMCP, Electrician, Boiler Attendant, Machinist, Welder (Gas & Electric), Stenographer (English), Secretarial Assistant, Horticulture Assistant, Housekeeper (Hospital), Food Production (General), Assistant (HR), Executive (Marketing Trainee)and others. In addition, 67 vacancies are available for engagement of apprentices under the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT).

Finally selected candidates are to be paid a monthly stipend during the training period. For Class 12 pass candidates., the minimum stipend amount is Rs 7000/month. Technician Apprentices/Diploma Holders will receive a minimum amount of Rs 8000/month while Graduate Apprentices/Degree Apprentices will receive Rs 9000/month. The candidates will be engaged in the units of the company at Trombay and Thal.
Candidates are advised to read the official advertisement carefully before applying for this recruitment. RCF Limited has specified the minimum educational qualifications required to apply for engagement to the posts. Class 12th pass candidates, Diploma holders in Engineering/Medical Lab Technology and Graduate candidates can apply. Candidates up to the age of 25 years can apply. However, for certain posts including MMCP, Stenographer, Food Production (General) etc., the maximum permissible age is 21 years. All applicants must have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying examinations in order to apply.
Those who have completed Apprentices training before or have 1 year of work experience are not eligible for this engagement. Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done on the basis of marks (percentage) obtained in the specified minimum educational qualification. Merit lists will be drawn on this basis and final appointment is to be made after document verification. RCFL will provide uniform and safety equipment to the incumbents on joining.
