NIOS D.El.Ed 2018 from April 24, Result In 8 Weeks From Last Exam

Every year, the National Institute of Open Schooling or NIOS conducts Diploma Course in Elementary Education Programme for untrained teachers. This year the exam for NIOS D.El.Ed will take place from April 24, 2018, onwards. For the first time, the examination will be held in three modules 501, 502 and 503. The last exam for the D.EI.Ed is on May 03, 2018

According to the official notification, the exams from other vocational courses will also begin from the same day. Students must note that practical examinations for vocational papers will be held at the same study centers where they admissions in starting of the programme.

The results of the examination are expected to release in eight weeks after the exam. You will able to download the results after entering the correct roll number and clicking on “Submit”. Till then wait for the results to announce.

The D.El.Ed is a programme for untrained teachers of Elementary Schools in untrained- government, government aided and private unaided centers. The main aim of the programme is to make untrained teachers competent and make learning more effective. The candidates who are not employed by any government or private institute are not allowed to appear for the examination. So, it is better you are an employee of any teaching institute to get the benefits for the NIOS D.El.Ed programme.

The programme focuses on training teachers to sensitize them towards child rights and safety. To familiarize them with best teaching methods and facilitate them to develop leadership & problem-solving skills among children. It is a great opportunity for the candidates to get the formal education for the bright chances of their future.

The only criteria to apply for D.El.Ed is that you should have 50% of marks in senior secondary. You do not need to have any graduate or  B.Ed. degree or two years elementary education. The minimum duration of the exam is two years but the admissions are valid till for the period of three years.

The examinations for NIOS take place two times in a year that is in the month of April–May, and October–November on the dates notified by them. Though candidates are only eligible through “On Demand Examinations” at Secondary Level and Senior Secondary level. The same can be done in subjects only in which candidates have taken admission in NIOS for subject wise learning.
