The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released new examination dates for UGC NET 2018. The complete schedule of UGC NET Dec 2018 is out now. The registration window will be made activated on September 01, 2018.
A total of 30 days is given to the candidates to complete their applications. As very fewer days are remaining now, hence know the entire process of the application here.
The candidates have to complete their forms by September 30, 2018. However, along with ensuring the dates for the registration process, NTA has changed the examination dates as well. NTA will conduct UGC NET exam form December 09 to 23, 2018. Earlier in the first press release of NTA on July 07, 2018, conveyed that exam will be from December 02 to 16, 2018, on every Saturday & Sundays two shifts per day.
Now the concept of Saturdays & Sunday has changed or not, can’t predict due to lack of any concrete information. However, the first exam will be held on Sunday, so there might be a possibility of following the earlier trend. But candidates have to wait for any solid information from a source regarding this.
NTA will issue the admit card form November 19, 2018, those who will fill their form before the due date will able to download the admit card from nta.ac.in.
The announcement of result date has been made as well, NTA will announce the result on January 10, 2019, just after 17 days of exam. This is possible just because NTA declared that the exam will be conducted in online mode instead of offline pen paper based.
As of now, the exam is used to conduct in pen paper based. For resolving the candidate’s problem for the new environment of the exam, NTA has taken a big intiative to make candidates familiar with exam environment.
The Agency has identified 2697 schools or engineering college as the practice test centers for candidates. So that candidate of rural areas can understand the aura of the actual exam, as the practice test center will be the replica of actual exam center.
In addition to this Vineet Joshi Director General of NTA said that they are developing the mobile application for helping the students. Students can acquire the app form the nearest Practice Test Center. All of the facilities are free of any charge any candidates can take the benefit of it.
