Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) has today, February 07, 2022, begun the registration process for a total of 1492 vacancies. The application form for this recruitment drive has been published on the official website kpctl.karnataka.gov.in. This implies that the entire application process is being conducted through the online mode. So, there is no need for a candidate to personally send a hard copy of his/her application form to KPTCL. Through the online mode, candidates can apply for various posts under this recruitment drive including AE, JE, JA, etc.
KPTCL had already published the AE, JE & Junior Assistant Recruitment 2022 official notification, on the official website kptcl.karnataka.gov.in. As per the official notification, interested candidates can begin applying for this recruitment drive. However, they need to establish their eligibility before filling up the online form. The eligibility criteria have also been specified in the official notification.
The official notification specifies important details such as the number of regular and backlog vacancies under two groups – NKK and KK. Under the NKK group, there are 1269 regular vacancies and 15 backlog ones. Similarly, in the case of the KK group, the regular vacancies are 206 along with 2 backlog vacancies.
In addition to vacancies, the notification also specifies the pay scale for each post. So, along with the eligibility and age-related criteria, candidates need to also focus on these pointers before applying for the recruitment drive.
