IDBI Bank has published a latest recruitment notification to fill up 134 vacancies for various Specialist Cadre Officer posts. The vacancies are available for various managerial posts for the Financial Year 2020-21. Eligible and intending candidates can apply online at the website idbibank.in as per schedule, starting from December 24, 2020. The last date of filling the online application form and fee payment is January 07, 2021. Selected candidates are to be posted anywhere across India on an initial probation period of 1 year. Selection is to be done on the basis of preliminary screening followed by GD and/or Personal Interview.
The vacancies are available for the posts of Assistant Manager (Grade A), Manager (Grade B), Assistant General Manager (Grade C) and Deputy General Manager (Grade D) for 09, 62, 52 and 11 vacancies respectively. DGM post holders are to be paid salary in the scale of 50030-1460(4)-55870-1650(2)-59170 (7 years) while AGM post holders are to be paid salary in the scale of 42020-1310(5)-48570-1460(2)-51490 (8 years). Manager post holders are entitled to receive a salary in the scale of 31705-1145(1)-32850-1310(10)-45950 (12 years). Likewise, Assistant Managers are entitled to receive salary in the scale of 23700-980(7)-30560-1145(2)-32850-1310(7)-42020 (17 years).
IDBI bank has indicated post-wise eligibility criteria which must be fulfiled by the candidates applying for the particular post. In addition, limitations are also implemented on the minimum and maximum age of the applicants. For the post of Assistant Manager, candidates within the age of 21 to 28 years are eligible to apply provided that they have a B.E./B.Tech/Graduate/MCA degree with relevant post qualification experience.
Candidates within the age range of 25 to 35 years having similar qualifications as above can apply for Manager post. Those within the age of 28 to 40 years and holding similar qualifications as above are eligible to apply for AGM post. Candidates having a Graduate, Post Graduate degree along with relevant experience and within the age of 35 to 45 years can apply for the post of Deputy General Manager.
At the initial stage, applications of eligible candidates are to be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria, qualifications, experience etc. Only such shortlisted candidates are to be called for Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview for final selection. Candidates have to produce the specified list of original documents during the time of Personal Interview.
