The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the admit card for the Haryana Police Constable Physical Screening Test (PST) on December 14, 2021. A total number of 5500 vacancies are to be filled by this recruitment drive. The candidates whose names are on the selection list can download the admit card from the official website hssc.gov.in.
The HSSC has scheduled the PST for constable post from December 17 to 28, 2021. The candidates are required to attend the PST at the venues allotted to them. To appear for the screening test the candidates must present the admit card before the officials.
Steps to download Haryana Police Constable PST Admit Card:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission hssc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link to login in order to access the admit card. Only registered applicants can access this window.
Step 3: Enter the login credentials in the space provided and click the submit button. Thereafter, click on the ‘Admit Card’ link on the navigation bar and the admit card will be displayed.
Step 4: Download the HSSC Constable PST Admit Card 2021 and take a printout.
The candidates are required to carry any valid government ID proof along with the admit card to appear for the PST, including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, Driving License, etc. can be used for the same.
PAT & Height Requirements
It must be noted that the Physical Screening Test is qualifying in nature. The number of candidates appearing for this test is about 7 times more than the actual vacancies, ergo, the competition is stringent. The test is to assess the physical fitness and endurance of the candidates. The candidates are required to run a prescribed distance at a specific time to get qualified for the next stage. Furthermore, the candidates who qualify the Physical Screening Test (PST) are to undergo a Physical Measurement Test (PMT). The minimum required measurements are as follows: unreserved male candidates must have a height measurement of 170 cm, whereas the candidates from the reserved categories must have a height of 168 cm. Similarly, chest measurements for unreserved and reserved category male candidates must be 83 cm and 81 cm respectively when unexpanded; and 87 cm and 85 cm respectively when expanded.
So far female candidates are concerned, for unreserved applicants, the height requirement is 158 cm, whereas, for those belonging to the reserved category, it is 156 cm.
The candidates who qualify both the PST and the PMT will be called for the document verification and the final step of the selection process, a personal interview, and then the final list of the candidates will be published.
