Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has released the notification regarding the schedule of the DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam date for the Executive, Junior Manager and Junior Executive posts on its official website dfccil.com. As per the schedule, DFCCIL 2021 exam will be conducted from September 27 to September 30, 2021. The organizing body will soon release the post wise examination schedule and admit cards on the official website.
The DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam will be held for Civil, Operations & BD, Mechanical, Electrical and Signal & Telecommunication fields. As per the statistics, about 4.84 lakh applications are received for Executive, Junior Manager and Junior Executive posts.
DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates will have a duration of 2 hours to complete the test. The exam will consist of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The medium of instructions of the question paper will be in English and Hindi languages. During the evaluation of the paper, 1/4th of marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. To pass the DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam, general category candidates should score 40% marks whereas candidates from SC, OBC-NCL and EWS categories should score 30% marks. For ST category applicants, the passing marks are 25%.
While preparing the merit list of the DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam, if there is a tie, then applicants with higher age will be given preference. After qualifying for DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the next rounds of the selection process such as documents verification, interview and medical test. During the document verification round, applicants will be called as per their merit number and they have to produce original documents and one set of photocopies of documents. If candidates fail to produce the required documents at the time of documents verification then their candidature will be cancelled.
Further after documents verification, the interview will be conducted for the Junior Manager post. The organising body will call the candidates 3 times the number of vacancies of the Junior Manager post. For the final selection of the candidates for the Junior Manager post, the organising body will consider the 85% marks of the DFCCIL 2021 recruitment exam and 15% marks of the interview. Before final posting, all the selected candidates of Executive, Junior Executive and Junior Manager posts should pass the medical test and they must fulfil the medical eligibility criteria of respective posts.
