Bharat Electronics Limited has released an advertisement to recruit eligible candidates for the posts of Project Engineer, Project Officer, Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer. Out of the total advertised vacancies, 118 vacancies are advertised for Project Engineer, 05 for Project Officer, 418 for Trainee Engineer and 08 vacancies for Trainee Officer. All these vacancies are available on a contractual basis. Aspirants who are appointed as Project Engineer and Project Officer are engaged for an initial period of 02 years. Those who are appointed as Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer are engaged for 01 year.
To submit applications for BEL recruitment, candidates must go through the eligibility criteria first. Aspirants who wish to submit applications for Project Engineer must have BE/ B. Tech/ B. Sc engineering degree in relevant discipline. Those who have MBA/ MSW in HR/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma can apply for Project Officer. Two years MBA in Finance is required to apply for Trainee Officer post. Candidates who have BE/ B. Tech/ B. Sc engineering degree in relevant discipline are eligible to apply for Trainee Engineer post.
Along with the educational qualification, candidates must also have the relevant work experience. Candidates who possess a minimum of 02 years work experience in the relevant industry are eligible for Project Engineer and Project Officer post. To apply for Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer, candidates must have a minimum 06 months post qualification work experience.
To apply online, aspirants must visit jobapply.in/bel2020tetopepo. While applying, candidates have to pay the application fee amounting to Rs. 200/- for Trainee Officer and Trainee Engineer posts. Those who are applying for Project Engineer and Project Officer have to pay Rs. 500/-. However, SC/ ST/ PWD categories candidates are exempted from the fee submission. The fee can be submitted using the SBI Collect method.
The selection of candidates for the advertised posts is based on the scrutiny of educational qualification, work experience and interview. Out of the total 100 marks, 75% marks are allocated to the scrutiny of academic records. Candidates are awarded 10% marks for the relevant post qualification work experience. Thereafter, eligible candidates are called for the interview round. Around 15% marks for awarded for the interview round.
