Bank of Baroda is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Human Resources in Digital Lending Department. The conducting body has published a notification at bankofbaroda.in advertising 13 vacant posts on contractual basis. Online registrations have already started from November 09, 2020 onwards. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their online application form before November 30, 2020.
As per the notification, the Bank of Baroda recruitment is announced for Digital Risk Specialist, Lead Digital Business Partnerships, Lead digital Sales, Digital Analytics Specialist, Innovation and Engineering Tech Specialist and Digital Journey Specialist, Digital Sales Officer, UI/ UX Specialist and Testing Specialist. Candidates are appointed on a contractual basis for these posts. The contractual engagement is for a period of 03 years with a periodic performance review.
To get selected under these advertised posts, candidates have to appear for an interview round. Candidates are called for the interview based on the eligibility criteria. Thereafter, they are called for the personal interview/ group discussion/ other selection round. On the basis of the candidate’s performance, they are shortlisted for the respective post.

Those who are applying for Digital Risk specialist, Innovation and Emerging Tech Specialist must have 02 years post-graduation qualification. Candidates who possess graduation degree in relevant subjects are eligible to submit applications for Lead digital Business Partnerships, Lead digital Sales, Digital Analytics Specialist, Digital Journey Specialist, Digital Sales Officer, UI/ UX Specialist and Testing Specialist.
Along with the educational qualification, the age limit is another aspect of eligibility that candidates must fulfill. The minimum age limit for Digital Risk Specialist is 31 years, 29 years for Lead Digital Business Partnership, Lead Digital Sales, Innovation and Emerging Tech Specialist, 26 years for Digital Sales Officer, Digital Journey Specialist, 25 years for UI/ UX Specialist and testing Specialist. The upper age limit for Digital Risk Specialist, Lead Digital Business Partnership, Lead Digital Sales is 45 years, 40 years for Digital Analytics Specialist, Innovation and Emerging Tech Specialist, 32 years for Testing Specialist, UI/ UX specialist.

Hereafter, they can proceed to submit their applications for the announced vacancies. Before the final submission, candidates are advised to go through the information filled in the application form. Once the form is submitted candidates are not allowed to edit the information.
Moreover, candidates also have to submit the application fee while applying online. General and OBC candidates have to make a payment of Rs. 600/- as the application fee. Those who belong to SC/ ST/ PWD candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- as the fee. The payment of application fee can only be done online using debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.
