ASRB NET 2018 admit card has been released on March 21, 2018. Candidates can download it from cbexams.com or follow link from asrb.org.in. Apart from uploading hall tickets on official website, ASRB has also emailed and sent SMS to registered candidates. An important announcement for test takers is that exam dates have been revised. Everyone is urged to check new exam dates and note allotted test date and time in new schedule and their ASRB NET 2018 admit card. Initially, ASRB was conducting ARS examination 2017 and NET I 2018 from April 6 – April 13. Now, exams will be held from April 6 – April 10.
ASRB NET 2018 applicants can download admit card by logging in with registration number and date of birth. In case of any difficulty, one can email to [email protected] or call 011-25843907 /011-25848172 during 0930 hrs to 1700 hrs, Monday to Friday, except gazetted holiday(s) with registration number, centre opted, discipline opted. Note new schedule.
As per new schedule of exam at asrb.org.in, exams will be from April 6 – April 10, in three slots on each day. On April 6, 2018, exams scheduled in slot 1, 2, 3 are agricultural biotechnology, agricultural microbiology, agronomy. Then on April 7, 2018, exams in slot 1, 2, 3 are genetics and plant breeding, agricultural entomology, plant pathology.
Exams on April 8, 2018, in slot 1 are soil sciences, plant physiology, fish process technology, veterinary anatomy. Slot 2 papers are computer applications and IT, economic botany and plant genetics resources, dairy chemistry, dairy microbiology, veterinary pathology, agricultural meteorology, bioinformatics. Then in slot 3 papers are agricultural extension, fruit science.
Papers on April 9, 2018 slot 1 are food technology, animal biochemistry, dairy technology, livestock product technology, veterinary surgery, home sciences. In slot 2, papers are plant biochemistry, agricultural business management, spices plantation and medicinal and aromatic plants, animal genetics and breeding, veterinary pharmacology, land and water management engineering. Slot 3 papers are veterinary parasitology, fish health, fish genetics and breeding, agricultural economics, animal biotechnology, animal nutrition, animal reproduction and gynaecology, veterinary medicine.
On April 10, 2018, papers in slot 1 are vegetable science, fish nutrition, agroforestry, agricultural statistics. Slot 2 has exams of poultry science, veterinary public health, fisheries resource management, agricultural structure and process engineering, seed science and technology, aquaculture, farm machinery and power. Slot 3 papers are nematology, agricultural chemicals, environmental sciences, floriculture and landscaping, animal physiology, livestock production management, veterinary microbiology.
Exam date has been changed because ASRB in view of number of candidates applied and available systems for online exam.
The Board vide notification dated 24.01.2018 had notified to conduct the above examination during 6-13 April 2018. After the closing of registration for applications, the Board reviewed the available capacity of Online Examination facility with reference to the number of registered candidates.
Keeping in view the adequate number of available computers, the Board has decided to conduct the examination during 6-10 April, 2018. The disciplines earlier scheduled for examination during 11-13 April have, therefore, been adjusted in the revised schedule which is annexed at Annexure-I. There is no change in the examination centres.
Admit cards for the examination will be available for downloading around 20.03.2018 for which the candidates will be informed separately by email and SMS on their registered e- mail address and mobile numbers provided in the online application form.
