National Testing Agency is going to conduct the IIFT MBA examination for the 2022-24 session on December 05, 2021. IIFT MBA 2021 is scheduled to be held in a single shift from 10 am to 12 pm. The admit card for the IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade) exam shall be released on the official website, iift.nta.nic.in.
With only 15 days left for the examination, there is no official update regarding the release of IIFT admit card 2021. However, there are high chances that the authorities will release the admit card anytime soon. On analyzing the previous year’s trends, we get to know that there is a gap of at least 9 to 10 days between the admit card release and exam date. Hence it is highly anticipated that the admit card of IIFT shall be released between November 25 to 27, 2021. Candidates are advised to keep a tab on the official website for all the latest updates regarding the release of admit cards.
The authorities have introduced a few changes in the examination starting this session. The first change introduced by IIFT is that from this year, the exam will be conducted in the morning session 10 am to 12 pm, unlike the usual afternoon session i.e. 3 pm to 5 pm. From this year onwards, NTA is the conducting body of the IIFT exam. The authorities have also notified that now there shall be only 4 sections i.e. VARC, Quantitative Analysis, DILR, and General Knowledge unlike 6 held earlier. The number of questions and marking scheme has also been changed from this year onwards.
Candidates aspiring to appear for the IIFT MBA exam can opt to practice and get habitual for the computer-based test by visiting the Test Practice Centres set up by the central government. For the same, they have to pre-register themselves on the NTA official website. The registration is completely free of cost for those candidates who do not have access to online practice.
IIFT MBA examination is held annually to offer admission to eligible candidates in the 2-year duration MBA programme in Foreign Trade. The examination is expected to be held in around test centers located in 68 cities across India. The examination is going to be held in the computer-based test format from this year for a duration of 120 minutes for a total of four subjects, Quantitative Analysis, DILR, VARC, and General Knowledge.
