The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) final answer key is likely to be released today, by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). Candidates will be able to download the same from the official website updeled.gov.in. It is expected that the results will be announced on February 25, 2022. The provisional answer keys for UPTET were released on January 27, after which the candidates were able to raise their objections till February 01. The final answer key for both Paper 1 and 2 will be released by reviewing the objections and the provisional answer key. Using the final answer key, the candidates will be able to calculate their rough score.
How to check the UPTET final answer key?
Step 1: Go to the official website updeled.gov.in.
Step 2: Scroll down and find the ‘Notifications’ tab.

Step 3: Click on the link for ‘1st Paper Answer Key for UPTET 2021’ or ‘2nd Paper Answer Key for UPTET 2021’, based on the Paper attempted by the candidate.
Step 4: On clicking the link, the candidates will be able to view a PDF document, in which answers of all the Sets are displayed separately.
Step 5: Candidates can find the answers to the respective questions indicated with the question numbers.
UPTET 2021 Results
According to the official notification, the results will be declared on February 25 at updeled.gov.in. Candidates belonging to the unreserved category should secure a minimum of 60% marks to qualify the exam. The cut-off mark for the reserved category candidates is 55%. Candidates are awarded 1 mark for every correct answer and there is no negative marking in the UPTET exam. Qualifying candidates will be awarded an eligibility certificate with lifetime validity. Using the UPTET score and the certificate, the candidates can apply to various schools for the position of teacher. Thereafter, they will have to participate in the recruitment process of the school.
UPTET 2021
UPTET exam is conducted in 2 papers- Paper 1 for classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 for classes 6 to 8. There are a total of 150 questions in the exam which have to attempt in a total duration of 2.5 hours. A total of 18.22 lakh candidates had appeared for the UPTET 2021 exam, as per a report by Hindustan Times. Out of this, 10.73 lakh candidates had attempted the Paper 1 exam and the rest 7.48 lakh candidates had appeared for the Paper 2 exam.
