Several Questions Repeated in UPTET 2021 {23rd Jan 2022} Exam
Many candidates claim that about 100 questions in the UPTET 2021 question paper were copied word by word from the UPTET question paper 2017. In the UPTET 2021 question paper 13 questions from Child Development and Pedagogy, 17 questions from Math, 20 questions from Environmental Studies, 23 questions (paragraph based) from Hindi, 20 questions (paragraph based) from Sanskrit, and 30 questions from Urdu were repeated from the UPTET 2017 question paper.
Candidates’ Reaction.
Many candidates are of the opinion to file a case in the High Court regarding the careless preparation of such a high profile examination. This rumour of the case may be one of the reasons for the delay in releasing the official provisional answer key of UPTET 2021. Many candidates took the issue to various social media platforms after writing the exam. Hashtags like ‘#repeatedUPTETpaper’ and #repeatedUPTET has been trending on twitter since Sunday. Some candidates are of the opinion that this much number of repeated questions from a previous year question paper is equivalent to a paper leak.
Official Response.
There is no official statement or notification by the UPBEB yet regarding the release of the UPTET 2021 provisional answer key. If the answer key and hence the release of the final results of the UPTET 2021 gets delayed, it will adversely affect the future of many aspirants.
