Shortly after the conclusion of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2021 paper 1, several coaching centers and educators have released their answer key and analysis. Some of the notable names include Teachers Adda, DK Gupta, Truexam, Adhyayan Mantra, Rahi Adhyayan Dhaam, Study91. Shortly, other important institutes like Lets Learn and Chandra Institute Allahabad are also expected to release their answer keys.
The exam had a duration of 150 minutes and there were a total of 150 questions. The correct answers will be awarded 4 marks and one mark will be deducted for every wrongly attempted question. The question paper is divided into 5 sections and each section has 30 questions. The sections are – Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi), Language II (English/Sanskrit/Urdu), Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) conducted the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (paper 1) 2021 today at 12:30 pm in offline mode. The Paper 2 will be held in the afternoon session.
The results of UPTET 2021 will be published by the UPBEB on February 25, 2022. The candidates who qualify the UPTET exam can become teachers in the schools run by the UP government.

UPTET 2021 (23 Jan 2022) Paper 1 Analysis
The difficulty level of the paper was easy to moderate. Most of the candidates are of the opinion that they will have a cumulative score of 135 or more.
The section Child Development and Pedagogy had easy to moderate questions. A good attempt of the section can range from 25-26 questions. There were 2-3 difficult questions.
The Hindi section was easy and an attempt of 27-28 questions can be considered as a good attempt. There were a few questions that might sound tricky..
The English section ranged from moderate to difficult. Those who attempted 19-21 questions can be considered as good. A good and careful reading of the section could help the candidates find the right answers. Sanskrit and Urdu were easy.
The mathematics section was also easy to moderate. A good attempt of the section ranges from 20-22 questions. There were a few difficult questions, but those questions could also be attempted if the candidates had prepared using previous years question papers.
The environmental Studies section had a moderate difficulty level and the candidates could attempt 25-27 questions without any hesitation. The questions covered almost the whole syllabus. There were 4-5 questions from the ecosystem and western/eastern ghats.
If we consider the whole paper 1, a well prepared candidate can very easily score between 135-140 marks.
