Union Public Service Commission has released a revised calendar of Examinations/Recruitment Tests (RTs) to be held this year on the official website. Recently, the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Admit Card 2021 and Engineering Services (Prelims) Admit Card 2021 were released by the Commission while the NDA 2 exam date was postponed on account of the pandemic. On the other hand, the wait for the NDA 1 2021 result is still ongoing.
UPSC IAS, IES, CDS, CAPF, CMS 2021 Exam Dates
As per the UPSC revised calendar of Examinations/RTs 2021, the Civil Services Prelims Exam 2021 and Indian Forest Service Prelims Exam 2021 are scheduled to be held on the same day i.e., October 10, 2021. The registration window for both these exams has already closed in March 2021. UPSC has reserved the date of September 05, 2021, for RTs for the post of EO/AO in the EPFO.
UPSC IES/ISS 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on July 16, 2021 while the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on July 17, 2021, as per the latest calendar. UPSC has already released the Geo-Scientist (Main) Admit Card 2021 on upsc.gov.in. Candidates have to log in with their Registration ID or Roll Number to download the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Main Admit Card.
The Engineering Services (Prelims) Exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on July 18, 2021 while the CAPF (AC) Exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on August 08, 2021. Online registrations for the Combined Medical Services Exam 2021 are scheduled to commence on July 07, 2021 and end on July 27, 2021. The Combined Medical Services Exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on November 21, 2021.
Online registrations for the NDA 2 2021 have already started and the last date is June 29, 2021. The NDA 2 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2021. The date of September 19, 2021 has been reserved for UPSC RT/Examination.
Some UPSC exams are scheduled to be held next year in 2022. For example, the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2021 is scheduled to be held on January 07, 2022. Similarly, the Indian Forest Service (Main) Exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on February 27, 2022.
The Engineering Services (Main) Examination 2021 is scheduled to be held on November 21, 2021. CDS 2 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2021 and S.O./Steno (GD-B/GD-I) LDCE exam 2021 is scheduled to be held on December 11, 2021.
NDA 1 Result 2021
Based on the previous few years’ schedule of releasing the NDA result by the Union Public Service Commission, it was expected that the NDA 1 2021 result will be released by the Commission latest by June 15, 2021. However, to date, the result has not been released. Neither have the UPSC commented on any tentative date of release of the result. Analysis of the past few year’s NDA exam, it has been observed that a gap of around 55-60 days exists between the conduct of the NDA exam and the release of the result. On this basis, it is expected that the NDA 1 result may release very soon might before the last date of June 2021.
