The Union Public Service commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for the preliminary exam of Engineering Services Examination (ESE), also referred to as the Indian Engineering Service (IES) today on 31, January 2022. The preliminary exam will be held in three weeks, on February 20, 2022. Aspirants who had registered for the exam can download the admit cards from the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.
UPSC ESE Admit Card 2022 – Where to get direct link?
Candidates can download their call letters either by registration id or roll number. Those who have misplaced their RID can use the Forgot RID option to get the same. The direct link to download the ESE admit card 2022 is present on the home page of upsc.gov.in.

How to Download UPSC ESE Admit Card 2022?
The candidates can download the admit cards of UPSC IES 2022 by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Go to the official website of UPSC – http://www.upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Examinations’ tab.
Step 3: In the examinations page, click on ‘Active Examinations‘.
Step 4: Click on the link for ‘Engineering Services Examination 2022‘.
Step 5: Click on the tab IES admit card 2022 in the page.
Step 6: The IES admit card page will be displayed on the screen.
Step 7: Enter the login credentials and press submit.
Step 8: Download the IES 2022 admit card and take a printout.
The details of the candidates given while submitting the application will be printed on the admit card. The candidates should mail the official if there are any mistakes in the admit card. The candidates should carry a printed copy of the admit card while going for the exam. They should also carry a valid government id proof such as the aadhar card, PAN card, Voter id Card, Passport etc. and two passport size photographs along with the admit card.
The UPSC IES exam will be conducted in three phases. The preliminary exam for 500 marks, the main exam for 600 marks and a personality test for 200 marks. The Preliminary exam will have two papers. Paper 1 will be for General Studies & Engineering Aptitude for 200 marks, and the paper 2 will be of the concerned stream for 300 marks.
