The Department of Health and Family Welfare UP has released the UP NHM CHO Admit Card 2021 on its official website, upnrhm.gov.in. The UP NHM CHO 2021 written exam for 2800 vacancies is going to be held on September 09 and September 10, 2021. The candidates who have applied for the aforesaid post need to download the CHO admit card using their User Id and Password. The candidates who are successful in the exam will be absorbed as Community Health Officer for a contractual period of 6 months training and certification programme.

Step 1: First, the candidates have to visit the official website of the Department of Health and Welfare, UP i.e. upnrhm.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, candidates need to click on the link of “UP NHM CHO Admit Card for 2800 vacancies”.
Step 3: Thereafter, the candidates will be re-directed to the login page, wherein they need to enter the User Id and Password and click on the login button.
Step 4: After this, candidates can check their NHM CHO Admit Card available on the next page and cross verify the same.
Step 5: Finally, the candidates are required to save a copy of the UP NHM CHO Admit card 2021 on their device and take a printout to carry it to the exam hall.
The UP NHM CHO Admit Card 2021 comprises a lot of details relevant for the written examination. The UP NHM CHO written test is a computer-based test that has 100 questions. Out of 100, 80 questions will be asked from the relevant discipline while 20 will be based on General Aptitude, Basic Computer knowledge. Reasoning and General Awareness. The exam will be held for a duration of 2 hours, there will be 1 mark for each correct answer but there is no provision of negative marking in the exam. The minimum qualifying marks for the General and OBC candidates are 33% and 30% respectively and the same for SC/ST candidates is 24% of the total marks.
