Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak (UHSR) has released the document verification dates for Staff Nurse recruitment. The screening test was conducted on November 22, 2020. Aspirants who have qualified the written examination have to appear for the UHSR Staff Nurse Recruitment 2020 DV round. As per the notification, UHSR will be conducting Document Verification from December 07, 2020, to December 11, 2020.
Aspirants can check the DV notice from the official website, uhsr.sc.in. On clicking “Job” button, candidates will get the direct link for “Notice for document verification of candidates for the post of Staff Nurses”. As per the notice, Document verification will take place from 09:00 AM onwards at Swarna Jayanti Sabhanagar, vice-chancellor’s office, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.
The DV schedule is prepared as per the cut-off marks obtained by the candidates. Qualifying candidates have to appear for the Document verification as per their category and cut-off marks specified in the notification. All the candidates who have the same marks can also participate in the document verification process.
Candidates reporting at the verification centre have to carry all original documents/ testimonials. They must provide one set of application form downloaded with enclosure and two latest photographs. With that, category certificate, sports certificate, experience certificate, socio-economic certificate, one ID proof, admit card downloaded/ issued for written/ screening test is also required. Applicants also have to carry their 10th certificate, Haryana Nursing Council registration certificate for verification.
The conducting body has asked participating candidates to follow the COVID-19 guidelines while appearing for the verification. They must wear a face mask/ face shield and maintain social distancing at the centre. Aspirants are also advised to carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer to the Document Verification centre.

Scrolling down the home screen, aspirants will find the direct link to check the result under Quick Links. Click on the “Screening Test Recruitment” link. Thereafter, aspirants are automatically directed to the page wherein they will get the result and answer key for UHSR Staff Nurse.

The posts that were advertised were from Staff Nurse, Clerk, Store Keeper, Steno-typist, Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Attendant and Operation Theatre Technician.
