National Testing Agency(NTA) has released the provisional answer key(s) of the UGC NET 2022 on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The registered candidates can login with their application number and password to access the same. Candidates can also raise objections against the released answer key till January 24, 2022.
How to Check UGC NET Answer Key?
To download the answer key, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UGC NET ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click on the link that reads Display of Key Challenge for UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021.
Step 3: On the next page, you will see two links. If you click the first one – you can login with application number and password. Whereas if you click the second one, you can login with application number and date of birth.
Step 4: After you login, you will see separate links for “view question paper” and “click to view / challenge answer key”. Open both
Step 5: In the question paper, you will see questions with options, and there you will see question id and option id. And in the answer key you will see which is the correct option id of each question ID. This way you can know the correct answer of each question.
The NET examination was conducted in three phases for over 81 subjects. Candidates can access the question paper, marked responses and the provisional answer key by logging in through their registered handle. To be eligible to get their challenged answers verified, the candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 1000 per challenged answer. If found correct upon evaluation, the debited amount will be refunded. It must be noted that only those objections raised through the link provided in the website shall be entertained and no requests sent via emails or any other form shall be accepted.

How to challenge NTA NET answer key 2021?
Step 1: Visit the official website of UGC NET ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Login using your application number and password.
Step 3: Click on the link that reads Click to view/ challenge answer key.
Step 4: You can see question ID’s displayed on the paper.
Step 4: The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option(s)’ represents the right answer to be used by the authorities.
Step 5: If you want to raise an objection against this, you can select the required option ID and move to the next.
Step 6: After completion of challenging, you should click on Save your claims which will redirect you to the next page.
Step 7: Here you should upload all the necessary supporting documents to support the claim.
Step 8: Click on Save your Claims and pay fee and if you want to modify anything click on modify claims.
Step 8: Pay a fee of Rs 1000 for each challenged question. After successful payment your challenges will be saved for review. If found genuine, the amount will be refunded to the same account.
Kindly note that the last date for submission of challenges is 9 pm on January 24, 2022 and for the fee payment is 11:50 pm on January 24, 2022.
