A notification has been released at http://www.tsplrb.in by TSPLRB regarding issuance of TSPLRB SI Hall Ticket 2018. It contains the date of issuance of admit card as well as instructions to candidates for the exam.
Candidates who had applied for TSPLRB recruitment of 1217 vacancies of SCT SI Civil can download hall ticket from 8 am of August 16 to midnight of August 24. Admit cards are being issued for the preliminary written test scheduled to be held on August 26 from 10 am to 1 pm.
How to download admit card?
The process of downloading hall ticket for the TSPLRB SI recruitment shall be simple. To do it, candidates need to visit http://www.tslprb.in which is the official website and there they have to navigate to the admit card download link. Then they have to login by entering credentials. Officially issued hall ticket can be downloaded then.
Upon downloading it, candidates must take a printout on A4 size sheet on both sides. The board advices candidates to take color printout for better visibility.
On the printout of hall ticket, they have to affix the same passport size photograph, whose copy was uploaded in online form. Candidates are advised to use gum or adhesive to paste it and not use staples.
It is compulsory to bring the officially issued admit card with photograph affixed in order to get entry to exam centre.
In the event that one is unable to download admit card, then they need to either send email to [email protected] or contact 93937 11110 or 93910 05006.
Important instructions for exam day
The hall ticket of TSPLRB SI recruitment 2018 contains several key guidelines for exam. Candidates should read them all.
To start with, they should visit the exam centre one day before exam so that they know the centre location and can reach it on time on exam day. Candidates will be allowed to enter exam hall one hour before exam. Those who are late even by a minute will not get entry.
No one is allowed to bring electronic gadgets such as mobile / cellular phones, tablets, pen drives, bluetooth devices, wrist-watches, watch calculators, log tables, wallets, purses, notes, charts, loose sheets. It is further informed that there will not be any provision to safeguard valuables including handbags or pouches.
For the exam, candidates can carry black or blue ball point pens.
There will be biometric verification including capturing digital image, fingerprints. Thus one should not have mehendi, temporary tattoos or any obstructive material on their fingers that may hamper taking of fingerprints.
