SLAT 2021 Result

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has today, July 27, 2021, announced the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2021 results. The online entrance exam was conducted from July 10 to 13, 2021. Due to COVID-19, the exam was held through the Online Remote Proctored (ORP) format. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check their results on the official website set-test.org. Results have been announced in the form of a scorecard. To download/print these results, candidates must enter their 9-digit SET ID and password. Based on these results, Symbiosis authorities will be releasing merit lists for BA LLB and BBA LLB.

To check their results, candidates can click here to use the direct link. They may also use the following steps to access their SLAT 2021 scorecard –

Step 1: Visit the official website of Symbiosis i.e., set-test.org.

Step 2: On the top-right corner of the homepage, click on the “SLAT Score Card” tab.

Step 3 By doing so, a new page will open. Enter the SLAT ID (9 digits) and password (same as the one used for filling the SLAT 2021 form).

Step 4: Click on the ‘Login’ option to submit the credentials.

Step 5: SLAT 2021 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Either print or download the scorecard for future use.

To print the document, Symbiosis institute authorities have stated certain printer settings. Candidates can print their scorecards only under these settings. The specifications include – 1. Print Orientation – Portrait, 2. Top and Bottom Margin – 0, 3. Paper size – A4 and 4. Blank header. This printing facility is only compatible with desktops and laptops. Therefore, smartphones and tablets cannot be used for this purpose.

Based on marks scored in SLAT 2021, Symbiosis will release category wise cut-off and merit lists. Candidates who are able to score as per the specific cut-off shall be shortlisted for the next two rounds. The cut-off is based on the difficulty level of the exam, availability of seats in a particular course, the score of the qualified candidates and the total number of candidates appearing in the exam.

The Symbiosis Admission process for law comprises of three stages – 1. Written exam, 2. Written Ability Test (WAT) and 3. Personal Interview. Therefore, SLAT 2021 shortlisted candidates will appear for the WAT and then for PI round subsequently.

Every year, Symbiosis conducts its own entrance exam for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. These programmes are pertaining to Law, Humanities, Computer Studies, Health Sciences, Media, etc. The entrance exam specific to each field is conducted by the institute every year.
