SSC releasing Stenographer and Junior Hindi Translator 2018 Application Form on today

Today application process of two big exams of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to be commenced by SSC. On Saturday through newspaper SSC announced the recruitment of the Junior Hindi Translator and Stenographer on October 22, 2018. After a long wait, the application process of the exams is going to start from today onwards. SSC confirmed this by releasing short notice in the employment newspaper of October 20, 2018.

The candidates who are interested to fill the application form can fill it until November 19, 2018 (05:00 PM).

Who is eligible for which exam?

In Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’, the candidates must have the following qualities. The candidates who fall under the age bar of 18 to 27 years along with that the candidate must have passed the class 12th.

Similarly, for the Junior Hindi Translator, the candidate must have a Bachelors Degree and should be less than 30 years. Thus in short the candidates who are eligible for JHT can apply for Stenographer as well. But vice versa is not applicable.

Post On which candidates can apply?

In the Stenographer recruitment, there is only one post i.e. Stenographer. But for JHT there are three posts on which candidates can apply. Junior Hindi Translator, Senoir Hindi Translator, and Hindi Prdhyapaks are those posts.

Application Process of Stenographer and JHT

The application process of both recruitments will be the same. SSC will release the application form for both exams only online.

The candidates will able to access the application form for the official website of SSC, ssc.nic.in through the login section. The application fee for both exams is also the same. The unreserved category candidates have to pay only Rs. 100/-. The candidates falling under Woman, SC / ST, Ex-Serviceman Category is exempted from payment of the fee.

As the mode of submitting application form is always online, but the mode of payment always have two options. The candidates either complete the process by offline (through the bank challan) or online (via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking).

A lot has happened with the commencement of the exams earlier. The application process of JHT has postponed twice. Initially, the application process of JHT was supposed to begin from July 16, 2018. Then SSC postponed the process to September 01, 2018. But on that day the application process was not started. Even no notice regarding any issue was not intimidated by SSC.

Similarly, the application process of Stenographer also postponed from September 22, 2018. Previously the last date to fill the application form was October 22, 2018. But now the things are starting from October 22, 2018.

As of now, the candidates have to wait for the detailed advertisement to release. The advertisement of both exams will contain the entire details about the admit card, exam schedule, vacancy etc.
