SSC GD Constable 2021 Analysis

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has today, November 16, 2021, successfully conducted Day 1 of the GD Constable 2021 Recruitment examination. The recruitment exam was held through the pen-and-paper format at selected centres across the country. As informed by authorities, the exam was held in three shifts of 1.5 hours – first, 9:00 am to 10:30 am, second, 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, and third, 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Interestingly enough, authorities released a new policy regarding the non-disclosure of questions. Read ahead to get more details about GD Constable 2021 Day 1 examination.

SSC GD Constable 2021 Day 1 Analysis & Answer Key

Experts and candidates both share the opinion that the recruitment exam Day 1 was simple to moderate in terms of the level of difficulty. Although the paper was scoring, many questions were time-consuming, having lengthy solutions. In the case of the General Intelligence & Reasoning section, the questions were easy with 19-21 good attempts. Even the General Knowledge section had 20-21 good and easy attempts.

The language section was again, easy to solve and most candidates could solve 21-23 questions in the paper. Finally, Elementary Mathematics was of moderate level having 17-19 easy questions to solve. So, overall, most candidates were able to solve around 73-80 questions in the recruitment exam.

With regard to the GD Constable 2021 answer key, SSC will be releasing the official draft in due course of time. However, various education portals have already released their memory-based unofficial answer keys on their websites. Hence, candidates have multiple unofficial answer keys at their disposal, on the internet.

What did students think about the GD Constable 2021 paper?

The recruitment exam analysis coincides with what candidates thought about the test. According to most students, the Mathematics section was the only lengthy or problematic section. Rest all subjects were substantially easy to solve. However, this does not come as a surprise. In the past as well, the Mathematics section has been the toughest to solve while the remaining sections have been fairly simple. Hence, the GD Constable 2021 paper has followed previous-year trends. This is clearly evident in today’s paper as well as candidates’ opinions.

What about the non-disclosure of GD Constable 2021 questions?

This year, SSC authorities will not be releasing the GD Constable question papers, on the official website ssc.nic.in. This is to ensure that students from other shifts do not get an “added advantage” over their previous sessions. So, while waiting for the official answer key to be released, candidates will have to rely on the answer keys released online to calculate their tentative scores.
