Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is releasing the official notification for SSC CHSL 2020-2021 tomorrow. Along with the notification, SSC will also start the online registrations for Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam. Candidates who have passed 10+2 and are looking for an opportunity can apply for SSC CHSL accordingly. Lately, SSC has also published the exam calendar for several examinations. As per the SSC exam calendar, CHSL notification is scheduled to release on November 06, 2020, that is tomorrow. It is expected that SSC will start the online registration for CHSL the same day. Candidates who are eligible can submit their applications before the last day, December 15, 2020. The SSC CHSL 2021 exam date is also announced. It will take place from April 12, 2021, to April 27, 2021.
Only Indian nationals who have passed 10+2 are eligible to apply for SSC CHSL 2021. Those who wish to submit applications for Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) should have passed 10+2 in Science Stream with Mathematics as the subject. While applying, the candidate’s age must be between the age range of 18 years to 27 years.
The application process is conducted online at ssc.nic.in. Once the link activates, eligible applicants can proceed to register themselves online. They can locate the registration link on the right side of the home screen. Before registering, aspirants should keep email id, mobile number aadhar card number ready. After successful registration aspirants can proceed to submit their SSC CHSL application form. Also, aspirants have to pay the application fee as specified in the official notification.
The examination of SSC CHSL is conducted for lower division clerk (LDC), junior secretarial assistant (JSA), sorting assistant (SA), postal assistant (PA), data entry operator grade A and data entry operator (DEO). Aspirants have to appear for the three-tier selection procedure for the appointment under the posts. The first stage is the computer-based test followed by the offline mains examination.
Aspirants who are able to qualify both the rounds are called for Skill Test. Candidates have to secure at least 33% marks in Tier-I and Tier-II combined to appear for the last stage. The Tier-III that is the skill test carries no marks as it is qualifying in nature. The final merit list is based on the marks candidate obtain in Tier-I and Tier-II. The result is declared online at the official website of SSC.
