The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) North Central Railway (NCR) has updated on their zonal website that PET exam held on March 26, 2019, will be held again due to the inevitable technical reasons. The new Physical Efficiency Test dates have not been announced yet. Candidates should keep visiting the zonal websites of the RRC NCR for regular updates, rrcald.org.

RRC NCR PET Exam Dates changed

As soon as the new dates by RRC NCR are announced for the Physical test, candidates should make sure that they are present at the specified date, time and venue. On the day of the exam, candidates must also carry the admit card along with a valid photo id proof and passport size colored photograph.

RRB Group D Admit Card is an important document as it acts as a key to enter the exam center. The admit card should be kept by the candidates till the time recruitment process gets over.

In the Physical Test, candidates have to perform activities like weight lifting and running. Male candidates have to run a distance of 1000 meters in 4 Min 15 Sec and lift 35 Kg of weight for 100 meters. Female candidates have to run for 1000 meters in 5 Min 40 Sec and lift 20 Kg weight for a distance of 100 meters. Candidates have to complete the eight lifting in 2 minutes. Candidates will get an only single chance for both the rounds.

The merit list is released in a pdf format and contains the roll number of the eligible candidates who have qualified the PET round. However, the scorecard is released over login for which registration number and date of birth is needed.

Candidates qualifying the PET are called for the Document Verification. In this round, candidates are required to carry the original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents on the allotted date. No extension of the dates will be given to the candidates for the Document Verification round. The final appointment of the candidates is done after passing the medical exam.
