The never-ending wait for the RRB NTPC result 2021 result still continues. While reports until today said that around 1.25 crore candidates are eagerly waiting for the results, a recent development has arisen. As per an RTI reply, RRB has said that the date for RRB NTPC result has not yet been fixed.
So far, there has been no official update regarding the release of results. Nevertheless, as per the reports until before this RTI reply suggested that the results will be declared by this month, tentatively by the last week of November, 2021. After the results are declared, the selected candidates will be eligible for further rounds of selection.
The RTI reply reads that the dates for the first CBT results and second CBT exam have not been fixed by the RRB. However, as soon as the concerned dates or any other notification is available, it will be put up on the respective RRB websites. The letter also states that in case the candidate is not satisfied with the reply, they can file another RTI to the Appellate Authority.

The RRB Mumbai is in receipt of your application dated 09.11.2021, in which you have asked for certain information related to CEN No. 01/2019 for the post of NTPC. Item wise information is furnished as under.
The date of 1st CBT result and the date of 2nd CBT is not yet fixed. As soon as result, date of CBT-2 and anymore information of said notification are scheduled they will be displayed on the official website www rbmumbai.gov.in of RRB Mumbai.
If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may file an appeal as per Section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to the first Appellate Authority within 30 day’s of the receipt of this letter whose particulars are given below.
Phase 1 of RRB NTPC CBT exam commenced on December 28, 2020 and ended on July 31, 2021. Candidates and various stakeholders have now taken to social media sites like Twitter to voice their demands over the declaration of the results. Now, unless the results are declared for CBT 1, candidates will not be able to figure out whether they have been selected for CBT 2 or not.
In some tweets, the users have even come up with new ways of using satire and sarcasm. For instance, in the tweet attached below, the user is seen to have come up with a possible explanation behind the delay of results. However, in the following tweet, the user has highlighted a very serious problem that could have repercussions if the results get delayed any further. Hence, they have urged the concerned authorities to take up appropriate steps and declare the RRB NTPC Result 2021 for CBT 1 at the earliest.
Sources on YouTube have also stated that the results are likely to be available by the end of this month. The CBT 1 examination was held for about 35 thousand vacancies. The answer keys were released on August 13, 2021 based on which, the candidates had to file objections. Experts are of the opinion that the reason behind this delay in declaring the results could be the present demand for candidates. When there is a high requirement for candidates, the Board usually declares the results without any delay. On the other hand, if the requirement is low, then it might take some for the Board to declare the results. Now, these are all speculations and candidates should wait for an official notice.
