Railway Recruitment board has released the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) 2021 answer key today August 16, 2021, at 8:00 pm. The answer key has been released on the official website rrbcdg.gov.in as well as regional websites like rrbmumbai.gov.in, rrbranchi.gov.in, etc. Candidates who appeared for the NTPC computer-based test (CBT) from December 28, 2020, to July 31, 2021, can download answer key, question paper and responses from the official website. This answer key is provisional and may be subjected to changes depending on the objections raised by candidates. RRB authorities will be providing the objection facility from August 18 to 23, 2021.
How to download RRB NTPC 2021 answer key?
According to the official notice issued by RRB authorities, candidates can download their answer key, question paper and responses from the official website rrbcdg.gov.in. To do so, candidates must use the steps given below –
Step 1: Visit the official website of RRB NTPC i.e., rrbcdg.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the link attached to the words “link for viewing answer key, question paper, and raising objections”.
Step 3: After clicking the link, a portal will open on the screen.
Step 4: Login to the portal by entering the required credentials such as User ID and Password.
Step 5: After logging-in, click on the ‘candidate’s response’ option for viewing the question paper, response sheet and answer key.
Step 6: Download or print a copy for the answer key to conveniently calculate the tentative exam score.
To calculate the RRB NTPC 2021 tentative score, candidates must allot 1 mark for every wrong answer. They must deduct 1/3 marks for every wrong answer. This score is only tentative and may differ depending on the changes in the final answer key.
Steps to raise objection against RRB NTPC 2021 answer key
To report mistakes and inaccuracies, RRB authorities will provide an objection facility from August 18, 2021, 8:00 pm onwards. To raise objections using the facility, aspirants must use the steps given below –
Step 1: Visit the official website rrbcdg.gov.in and click on the link to challenge the RRB NTPC 2021 answer key (once activated).
Step 2: Submit the challenge by mentioning the question number, proper reason and representation.
Step 3: Deposit the required fee for each question against which objection is raised.
Step 4: Submit the challenge latest by August 23, 2021, 11:59 pm.
According to authorities, Rs.50 must be paid for raising objection against each question, along with the bank charges. This fee can be paid using Rupay debit card, SBI Visa, Master Debit card, etc. In case the objection is found to be valid, authorities will refund the amount to the same account through the online mode.
