Indian Railways has suspended the NTPC and Level 1 exams following protests by aspirants. The information was first conveyed by a spokesperson representing both exams, to PTI News. PTI News then tweeted the message on its twitter handle @PTI_News. After that, Railway Recruitment Board, Ministry of Railways, Government of India has also released official notification about it. In addition, the railways have formed a high power committee to look into the grievances of candidates. Candidates can submit their concerns via email by February 16, 2022.
RRB NTPC Postponed
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) was supposed to hold Non Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) 2nd stage computer based test (CBT) against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) 01/2019 from February 15, 2022. They have been postponed. Candidates are asking whether the exam is cancelled or not, to which the answer is that the exam is only on hold and not cancelled as of now.
RRB Group D Exam Postponed
Likewise, RRB was supposed to hold Level 1 or Group D 1st stage CBT against RRC CEN 01/2019 from February 23, 2022. That too has been postponed.
High Power Committee
Ministry of Railways has formed a high power committee who will look into the concerns of candidates. The committee shall listen to doubts of the candidates on the RRB NTPC CEN 01/2019 CBT 1 results that were announced on January 14 and 15, 2022; as well as introduction of CBT 2 in RRC CEN 01/2019 against level 1 or group d posts.

How to submit concerns?
Candidates can submit their concerns as well as suggestions to the committee via email. One has to send email to the following email id: rrbcommittee@railnet.gov.in.
All of the RRB Chairpersons will be receiving the grievances. They will compile the grievances and send to the committee.
Candidates can submit their grievances till February 16, 2022.
The committee will then submit its recommendations by March 4, 2022.
