The exam date for RRB Group D 2018 computer based test is out now. The exam date has not been announced officially by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). However, various newspapers have reported it. As per the news reports, the Railway Board has prepared the list of candidates in alphabetical order. According to which, the exam will be held as in 4 days. For the candidates whose name starts with A, B, T, Q, O, L, F, E, the exam will be held on August 12, 2018. For those whose name starts with R, Y, H, N, the exam is scheduled to be held on August 18, 2018. Candidates whose name starts with K, M, and V will have to appear for the test on August 26, 2018. Likewise, candidates whose name starts with C, I and S will appear for CBT on September 09, 2018 and the candidates whose name starts with U, W, X, Y, Z, G, P, J, and D will appear for the test on September 16, 2018.
For Railway Group D Recruitment 2018, about 2.37 crore registrations have been submitted against 90 lakh vacancies. The last date to submit the application form was March 31, 2018. Now soon the application for editing facility will be provided.
The admit card for the registered candidates will be available for download 10 days before the test. Hence for those who will have to appear on August 12, 2018, will get their admit card on August 03, 2018. Similarly, those who will be appearing for the CBT exam on August 18, 2018, can download the admit card from the official website on August 08, 2018. The candidates who will be appearing for the test on August 26, 2018, can download the admit card for RRB Group D 2018 on August 17, 2018.
Those who will be appearing for the test on September 09, 2018 can download their Railway Group D Admit Card for CBT on August 31, 2018. Finally, those who will be appearing for the CBT exam in the last slot, i.e., September 16, will be able to download the admit card on September 07, 2018.
To download the admit card, visit the official website of RRB at indianrailways.gov.in. Then click on the RRB for which you have applied. Next. click on the link which says “Download RRB Group D 2018 Admit Card”. Enter login details such as Registration Number and Date of Birth to download the admit card. Finally, take a print out of the admit card and bring it on the day of the examination.
The CBT exam will be of 90 minutes duration. The candidates need to solve 100 MCQ question in the given time duration. The question paper will consist of questions from Mathematics, General Intelligence, and Reasoning, General Science, General Awareness on current affairs. Remember that there is a negative marking of -1/3 marks for every incorrect answer.
