Railway Recruitment Board has revised the last date of submission of tender and date of opening of technical bids for the work of engagement of ECA to conduct CBTs against employment notification CEN 03/2019. In a 7th corrigendum notice to E-Tender No. RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019, RRB Ajmer has indicated that the last date of submission of online tender is now August 13, 2020. The online tenders can be submitted till 3.00 PM on the said date. On the other hand, the date and time of opening of technical bids is now scheduled on August 13, 2020 at 3.30 PM. Having notified this, the Board has indicated in the latest corrigendum that all other terms and conditions of the E-Tender to engage ECA to conduct the CBTs is to remain unchanged.

Earlier in June 2020, the RRB released the 6th Corrigendum notice, in which, it was hinted that the pre-bid meeting for engagement of Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) could be held online. It was indicated that as per the Corrigendum Number 5 to the aforementioned E-Tender notice, the pre-bid for the tender would be held as per schedule on June 26, 2020, at 3.30 PM. However, now that the Board has released the official 7th Corrigendum, the revised dates for the same would be as mentioned here.
A series of such Corrigendum to E-Tender Number RRB-All-Tender-CEN-03-2019 has been released by RRB Ajmer in the past. In the previous corrigendum released against the aforementioned tender notice, it was hinted that the pre-bid meeting could be held online if situations demanded so. Incidentally, the actual tender notice was released to invite potential bidders to submit bids for engagement of ECA to conduct the Computer Based Tests of the recruitment program notified through employment notification CEN 03/2019. Prospective bidders were also notified through the last Corrigendum to forward any queries to [email protected] by June 24, 2020. However, as of now, the last date & time of submission of tenders and the date & time of opening of technical bids has been revised and extended as stated here.
RRB Ajmer released the actual tender for the work of engagement of ECA to conduct the CBT for the recruitment notified by employment notice CEN 03/2019. As per the notice, RRB Ajmer is recruiting to fill up 106 vacancies of different Ministerial and Isolated category posts. The Board conducted the application process for the same which was concluded on April 16, 2019. Applicants are awaiting the RRB to declare the exam dates which is expected as soon as the work of engagement of ECA is concluded.
