NHM Karnataka Recruitment 2020: 1356 Vacancies Announced for MLHPs, Get Paid up to 24000/month

Candidates with B.Sc in Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing can submit their online applications before July 21, 2020

National Health Mission, Karnataka is inviting applications for the post of Nurse Mid Level Healthcare Provider (MLHPS). The recruitment is on a contractual basis. NHM, Karnataka has announced 1356 posts for Health Wellness Centres in Chitradurga, Chamarajanagara, Gadag, Shivamogga, Haveri, Uttara Kannada, Raichur, Chikkamagaluru, Bagalkote & Vijayapura District Health and Family Welfare Society. Interested candidates must refer to the notification to know more details related to the eligibility, vacancies, recruitment process. They can download advt no HFW/NHM/ UHC/MLHP Recruitment/06/2020-21 from the official website, karunadu.karnataka.gov.in. Log on to the official website to submit the online application form before the last date i.e. July 21, 2020.

Aspirants who are shortlisted for Nurse Mid Level Healthcare Provider are recruited on a monthly salary basis. The newly appointed MLHPs are offered Rs.24,200/- for High Priority districts which are Gadag, Shivmogga, Uttara Kannada, Raichur, Chikkamagaluru, Bagalkote, Vijayapura. For non-high priority districts Chitradurga, Chamarajanagara, Haveri, aspirants receive Rs.22,000/- plus Rs.8000/- as monthly incentives, based on the performance of the candidate.

Those who are interested in the post must have B.Sc Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognized college. Candidates should not exceed the upper age limit of 35 years. However, age relaxations are provided to the reserved category candidates. For SC/ST/Category 1/Ex-servicemen candidates the upper age limit is 40 years, 38 years for Category-II(a), II(b), III(a) and III(b) of OBC of the state. Moreover, candidates who are fulfilling the educational qualification and age limit should also be a domicile of Karnataka for 10 years. They must also know how to read and write the Kannada language.

To submit the application, candidates should visit the official website first, karunadu.karnataka.gov.in/hfw/Pages/home.aspx. Scrolling through the website, candidates can locate the online link for the submission of the application form below the COVID-19 dashboard. When candidates click on the link, they are directed towards the candidate’s login profile. If aspirants have not registered themselves earlier then they should do that first. Ensure that candidates have a valid email id and mobile number. It is advised to keep these contact details active till the completion of the exam.

For the recruitment of Nurse Mid Level Healthcare Provider, NHM Karnataka conducts the written test followed by the original document verification round. Candidates have to present on the day of the written test that is scheduled for August 02, 2020. The result for the written examination is expected to release on the same day as that of the written exam. The shortlisted candidates are then invited to the document verification round. The document verification round is scheduled from August 04, 2020, onwards. Candidates have to carry all the documents in original for the verification.
