RPSC RAS Mains 2018 Result Declared, Check Non-TSP and TSP Posts Result @rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has recently released the RAS 2018 Mains Exam Result. The mains examination was conducted on June 25 and 26, 2019. Those candidates who have appeared in the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive 2018 Mains Examination can check their result at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. The date and time for the personality and the viva-voce round is announced separately. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website of RPSC in order to stay updated for the RAS 2018 interview round.

Result PDF released by the conducting body has the roll numbers of the successful candidates. RPSC has bifurcated the roll numbers of the selected candidates for TSP and Non-TSP areas. Total 57 candidates have qualified under the TSP area and 1953 are declared qualified under the NON-TSP area. The list of shortlisted candidates is prepared based on the cutoff marks. RPSC has also released the cutoff marks along with the list of shortlisted candidates. For TSP Area, the cutoff marks for General candidates is 332.75, 320.25 marks for General (WE), 316.00 for SC, 274.25 marks for ST and ST (WE) candidates. The cut-off marks for Non-TSP area is as follows, 344.00 for General, 310.25 for SC, 327.25 for ST, 344.0 for OBC and 343.75 for MBC. However, horizontal reservation is applicable on the cut-off marks for both TSP and Non-TSP marks.

In order to check the result, candidates first have to visit the official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in. Reaching the homepage of the website, candidates have to click on the ‘candidates information’ button that is present on the top of the website. A drop-down list appears on the screen where the option to check the result displays. Candidates have to click on the ‘results’ link. From the list of RPSC recruitment results, candidates have to download the RAS 2018 Mains Exam Result. Two different PDF files are uploaded for TSP and Non-TSP Areas, candidates can download the one that is relevant for them.

The mains examination for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive is followed by the interview round. Candidates who have their roll number in the RAS 2018 Mains Exam Result are shortlisted for the personality and viva-voce test. The personality round is conducted for the 100 marks. This round is conducted to test the candidate’s knowledge of the post. After qualifying al the rounds of the selection process, candidates are selected for the 1014 vacancies released for RAS 2018 Exam (TSP and Non-TSP Area).
