The RRB Group D 2018 Admit Card has been issued by the Railway Recruitment Board. The admit card is available for those candidates who will be appearing for the Computer-based test on September 17, 2018. No printed admit card will be sent to the candidate individually through post/ courier. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the printed copy of the RRB Group D Admit Card on the day of the examination.
To download the admit card for RRB Group D, you need to visit the official website of the respective RRB for which the candidate has applied. Next, click on the link for “E-call letter for CBT”, then enter login credentials, which are User ID and Date of birth. Submit the login details and the admit card will be available on the screen. Finally, download and take its print out on the day of the examination.
After taking its print out, the aspirants should read the instructions given on the admit card and follow it on the day of the examination.
The candidates need to report at the examination center as per the schedule mentioned. Those who will report late at the exam center will not be permitted to sit for the test. The RRB Group D Computer-based test will be conducted in three shifts.
For Shift 1, the candidates need to report at 07:15 AM, for Shift 2, you need to be present at the exam center at 10:45 AM, for Shift 3 you must report at the allotted test center at 02:15 PM. However, it is advised to the candidates that they should report at the test center well in advance of the reporting time printed on their RRB Group D Admit Card.
On the day of the examination, you must carry the printed RRB Group D Admit Card, one passport size photograph, and a valid ID proof. The acceptable ID proof are Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar, Driving License, PAN card, Passport, Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. Employee, School/ College/ University Photo ID card, SSLC/HSC mark sheet.
Though there is no such dress code for the candidates who will be appearing for the exam, however, as per the instructions given by the RRB, the metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets etc are not allowed inside the exam center. Furthermore, there is no facility for safekeeping of the personal belongings of the candidates outside the examination hall and RRB/Service providers are not responsible for its loss. Hence it is better to not to bring any such item.
The Board has also started the mock test for the candidates. The candidates can use the link for the mock test to familiarize themselves with how to view/answer questions on the exam day.
