The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) was to announce RRB Group D Exam Date, Center, and Session on October 19, 2018. However, now it will be announced on October 20, 2018. RRB announced the delay in the declaring of exam date on the official website of 16 RRBs. Group D exam date for October 29 exam will be announced tomorrow now.
To check the RRB Group D 2018 Exam Date, Session, and Center, the aspirants will have to visit the official website of the RRB zone. Then click on the link which says, “Group D Exam City and Date Information is live”. Next, a Candidate Login page will appear on the screen in which the candidates need to enter details such as User Id and Date of Birth. Click on the Login button to submit the details. On submitting the login details, the exam city and date information will be available. Also, it is advised to the candidates to take a print out of it for future reference.
The information such as Registration Number, Candidate Name, Shift, Date of the exam, Reporting Time, Gate Closure time, Exam City, etc will be available on the screen. The Board has notified that it will issue the Group D 2018 Admit Card at least 04 days before the test. Hence, it is important for the candidates to check their exam date and as per it download the admit card.
The Board will not send the Group D Admit Card through post/ courier. It will consist of details such as exam center address, the name of the candidate, category, reporting time, etc. It is mandatory for the candidates to take a print out of the Admit Card on the day of the test. However, along with it, you must carry a valid id proof in original, and a passport size photograph.
After the candidates download their admit card, it is advised to check that the details mentioned on it is as per the details submitted by them in the RRB Group D Application Form. In case if there is an error/ discrepancy in the details printed on the admit card, they must contact the concerned authorities immediately regarding this.
The Board is conducting the RRB Group D First stage, i.e. the Computer-based test which has started from September 17 and will end on December 14, 2018. On the basis of the merit obtained in the CBT, the candidates will then be qualified for the Physical Efficiency Test. The last and final stage of the recruitment process is Document Verification.
