NTA has opened the UGC NET Dec 2018 Correction Window at 10:30 a.m, on October 08, 2018. Previously it has been decided by the NTA that correction window will open at 10:00 a.m. Candidates can do the application form correction from the NTA official website i.e. http://www.ntanet.nic.in. Only one-time correction is allowed for the candidates. The last date for doing the form correction is October 14, 2018.
The candidates who have successfully filled and paid the fee for the UGC NET Dec 2018 Application Form before or till the last date i.e. September 30, 2018 and October 01, 2018 respectively only those candidates are allowed for doing the Application form correction. UGC NET Dec 2018 examination will be held on December 09 to 23 2018.
Application Form Correction Fee
The candidate needs to pay the application form correction fee. Correction fee is not declared in the notice when the candidates will do the correction then the fee will be shown there at the correction window. Candidates can make fee payment by using credit/debit card or by e-challan generated during the online correction.
Form correction facility for UGC NET December 2018 is provided for only one time by the NTA. So, the candidates should thoroughly read their mentioned application form details and the candidate needs to correct all the incorrect details mentioned in the form.
Correction Steps
For doing the correction candidate need to mention the login credential on the login page. At the login page, candidates will need to mention the Application Number, Password, Security Pin etc. Candidate can see the steps mentioned below for doing application form correction.
Firstly visit the official website i.e. www.ntanet.nic.in.
Click at the “Login for correction in Application Form” tab.
Thereafter login page will open, mention the asked details (Application Number, Password, Security Pin etc.).
After mentioning all the details click on the login button.
Thereafter, Application Form correction window will open.
Photograph & Signature Related Details
Candidates need to check there uploaded photograph and signature. If the photograph is hazy, Too dark or colorful background, Red-eyes, Incorrect size or dimension, Horizontal photograph etc then candidates need to upload any other photograph which should not carry above-mentioned criteria.
If the uploaded signature is unclearly scanned, signature with drawing a line or fancy circle, very small signature size etc then candidates need to upload the other scanned signature which should not carry above-mentioned criteria.
NTA will release the exact exam shift and date for UGC NET Dec 2018 on October 21, 2018. On that date, through login candidate will able to know on which date he/she has to give the exam. NTA will issue the Admit Card for UGC NET Dec 2018 Examination on November 21, 2018, at the official website. Before the examination candidate should download their admit card as it will be mandatory for all the candidates to carry their admit card on the day of the examination. The candidate who will not carry their admit card he/she will not be allowed to appear for the UGC NET Dec 2018 Examination.
