National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results of the Assam Olympiad exam at ao.nta.ac.in. The candidates who appeared for the Assam state Olympiad examination can check their score cards by logging into the site, using their application number and date of birth. The result of the candidates has been issued by the NTA after evaluation of 11th April 2021 held offline examination.
To check the Olympiad result and download and print the score cards, candidates should visit the website of the National Testing Agency administered Assam Olympiad portal at ao.nta.ac.in. They should have their Application Number and Date of Birth with them.
The nodal agency had conducted the Assam Olympiad – 2021, in Maths and Science, in Paper-Pen based mode. The examination was held on 11th April 2021 at nearly 140 examination centres across 130 cities in Assam. Assam Olympiad 2021 was held on behalf of Axom Sarbha Siksha Abhiyan Mission (ASSAM), for the students studying in Class 6 to Class 12 in the Govt. schools located in Assam.
“The exam was conducted in four languages, Assamese, Bengali, Bodo and English. The paper was an objective type with Multiple Choice Questions. Candidates were required to answer the questions on OMR answer sheets”, reads an official notice from the NTA.
How to check Assam Olympiad Result: Steps to follow
Step 1) Go to the website of Assam Olympiad portal
Step 2) Click on floating link “Public Notice Display of Result Click Here”
Step 3) Results of the exam are uploaded on ao.nta.ac.in/results, click in.
Step 4) Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth
Step 5) Click on login, your score card will appear on screen.
According to the AO guidelines, all students who appear in the exam are provided a Score Card giving the details of the exam in which they appeared and the marks secured by them in the said exam. Those who appeared in the exam are also given a Participation Certificate.
The Assam Olympiad is being conducted by National Testing Agency and is aimed at bringing the most talented secondary and higher secondary students of Govt. schools of Assam together in a friendly competition of the highest level. “The Assam Olympiad provides a stimulus to begin a career in science or mathematics, to undertake a lifelong journey into the realms of exciting intellectual challenges. Much like the Olympics in sports, the Olympiads are a celebration of the very best in school level science and mathematics,” a statement reads.
