National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up 30 vacancies. The vacancies are for Management Trainee post available in various disciplines. NFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2021 Detailed Advertisement
Candidates are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement in order to apply for the recruitment. The maximum age of the applicants must be 27 years or less in order to apply. Furthermore, candidates must have full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering degree in a respective discipline in order to apply for the posts. Those who have AMIE qualification in the respective disciplines are also eligible to apply for this recruitment. Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree in order to apply. For SC/ST and PWD candidates, the minimum marks required in the qualifying degree examination is 50%.
Selection of the eligible applicants is to be done through a Computer Based Test containing only objective type questions. The details of the date, time and venue of the test is to be indicated on the admit cards issued in due course of time. Tentative centres of the test are to be located in major cities including Delhi & NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Mumbai, Ranchi and others.
As per the detailed advertisement, the online test consists of two parts one of which is related to the Engineering discipline and the other is based on Aptitude. The question paper will be available in Hindi and English and candidates are to be allowed 02 hours to complete the test. There will be 150 questions carrying one marks each with no negative marking for wrong answers. Final selection of qualifiers is to be done through a Personal Interview.
