The Maharashtra Postal Circle has released the results for the posts of Postman (PM), Mail Guard (MG) and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS). The results are in the form of shortlisted candidates who can now appear for Paper-II and Paper-III of the examination for the said posts. Examination for MTS took place from January 05, 2021, to January 15, 2021, while that for PM and MG was held from January 15, 2021, to January 29, 2021. The results have now been declared after a wait of eight long months. It can be checked from dopmah20.onlineapplicationform.org.
Here are the steps to check the list of shortlisted candidates.
- Visit the site – dopmah20.onlineapplicationform.org/MHPOST.
- After that, click on the links for the list of shortlisted candidates in Paper-I for appearing in Paper-II and Paper-III.
- There are two separated links, one for PM and MG and the other one for MTS.
- Click on either of them as per requirements.
- Download the results as they appear.
The MHPOST Result 2021 is declared in the form of lists that have the roll numbers of the shortlisted candidates. To know the minimum qualifying marks for Paper-I as laid down by the official notification, take a look at the table below.

In case a candidate has misplaced the admit card, they can download it once again from the same website. For that, visit dopmah20.onlineapplicationform.org/MHPOST and click on ‘Registered Candidate’ on the top-right corner of the screen. Now, enter the registration number and password and click on the ‘Login’ button. Click on the ‘Dashboard’ option, after which the admit cards will be displayed. Download the admit cards and note down the hall ticket number to crosscheck the results from the shortlisted lists.
The Paper-II (local language test) of the MHPOST 2021 exam will be qualifying in nature. It will have a combination of a computer-based test (CBT) for multiple-choice questions and a pen-paper based test for the descriptive part. The duration of this paper will be of 45 minutes and the maximum marks allotted is 60. Similarly, Paper-III (data entry skill test) will be a qualifying test that will completely be in the form of an online CBT. The duration of this test will be 20 minutes and the maximum marks allotted for this paper is 40.
Candidates who will qualify in all three papers namely I, II and II will be considered for the final selection. As a result, the merit list will be prepared as per the marks obtained by them in all three papers. The ultimate selection will be as per the vacancies for each post.
