Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has released a notice informing candidates regarding the entrance exam for 556 vacancies against multiple vacancies released earlier. The notice available on the official website of MHADA, mahada.gov.in states that the exams shall be conducted on December 05 and 12, 2021 in multiple shifts.
The notice available on the website also notifies that candidates aspiring to appear in any of these exams can download their respective MHADA admit card by entering their email id and mobile number registered while filling the application form. As of now, the exam date and timing have been only released for Shorthand writer, Tracer, Surveyor, Executive Engineer, Assistant Engineer, etc the dates of the remaining cadre are expected to be announced soon. The exact date and timing for all the posts can be found in the table mentioned below:

As of now, there is no announcement regarding the release of the MHADA admit card however, the same is expected to be released this week or next week of November 2021. Candidates are advised to keep a tab on the official website to get all the latest updates regarding the admit card release date. As per reports, it is highly anticipated that the result of the examination shall be released at least 1 month after the exam is over.
Earlier, the authorities have released the exam pattern for MHADA 2021 entrance exam and as per that, there shall be an offline test held for five or four subjects depending on the post. The examination for Architectural Engineering, Executive Engineer (Architecture), Assistant Engineer (Architecture), Engineer (Architecture), and Junior Engineer (Architecture). The MAHADA 2021 examination is going to have 25 questions each from Marathi Language, English Language, General Knowledge, and General Intelligence and 50 questions from Technical Subjects. The maximum number of marks shall account for 200 and candidates will get 2 hours to complete the test.
Similarly, the written examination for Surveyor and Tracer will have 50 questions each from Marathi Language, General Knowledge, General Intelligence and English language. The maximum marks for these posts are also 200 and the duration for the MHADA exam will be 2 hours.
