Last Date To Apply For CDS 1 2019 Is Today

Today i.e. November 26, 2018, is the last date for filling the CDS 1 Application Form 2019. So until 6:00 p.m registration window will be closed by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). For avoiding the traffic chaos and server error, kindly fill the form earlier. The online application form is available at the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in.

CDS 1 2019 application fee is Rs. 200/- for the candidates belonging to the general and OBC category and for Female/SC/ST candidates application fee is exempted. By using both the mode i.e. offline and online candidates can pay the fee. For making the offline payment candidates have to pay the cash in any of the SBI banks and for making the online fee payment candidates can use Net Banking, Debit Card, and Credit Card.

Before filling the application form candidates should read the detailed eligibility criteria as once the application fee is paid then fee will be not refunded.

UPSC has provided the new facility of withdrawing the application form. This facility is newly introduced by the commission. The application form withdrawing window will be opened on December 03, 2018. The last date for withdrawn the application form is December 10, 2018.

The candidates who will submit the application form before or till the last date and not withdraw the form for those only CDS 1 Admit Card will be issued by the commission. The admit card will be released at the official website. For all the candidates it will be mandatory to carry their admit card on the day of the examination.

About CDS – Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination twice in a year. CDS examination is conducted for recruiting the candidates in the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and Indian Air Force Academy. The examination for CDS 1 and CDS 2 is conducted in the month of February and November respectively. Only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible to apply for CDS.
