The online applications for JKSSB Recruitment Advt No. 06/2020 are now available. Candidates who have passed 10th class/ 12th class/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree can apply for the Junior Assistant, Tabla Assistant, Junior Stenographer and other posts. Eligible candidates can submit their online application through ssbjk.org.in. They can submit their JKSSB Recruitment application form on or before the last date which is January 31, 2021.
Lately, the conducting body rescheduled that start date for JKSSB Application form. As per the notice, the online application procedure was earlier scheduled to start from January 10, 2021 onwards. However, due to some unmentioned circumstances, the date was rescheduled to January 18, 2021. So, all the eligible and intending candidates can now apply as per the recent schedule.
The procedure for the JKSSB Application Form 2021 is purely online. Aspirants have to visit the official website, ssbjk.org.in to submit their application form. The direct link is available on the homepage of the website against the Advt 06 of 2020 section. Candidates must submit their email id, mobile number, name, date of birth along with educational details while applying. On successful registration, applicants can proceed to submit the application and upload documents.
Also, aspirants have to pay the JKSSB registration fee of Rs. 350/-. Applicants can make the payment only through the online mode – Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Cards. Applicants received without the prescribed application fee are not considered and summarily rejected.
Moreover, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the minimum educational qualification for JKSSB recruitment. Candidates who have a graduation degree are eligible for the post of Junior Assistant, Education-cum Studio Tabla Assistant, Junior Stenographer Technical Assistant EduSat, Computer Assistant, Assistant PTI, DEO, Storekeeper, Lab Assistant, Assistant Labour Procurement Officer.
10th pass applicants can apply for the Upholster, Workshop Assistant, Maintenance Assistant, Carpenter-II, Workshop Instructor posts. Those who wish to apply for Junior Lab Technician must have Diploma in relevant disciplines. 12th pass candidates are eligible to apply for the Orderly and Chowkidar posts.
Furthermore, JKSSB has announced a total of 280 vacancies for the advertised posts. The skill test & written exam dates are now available online at the JKSSB website. The skill test for Junior Assistant will take place from March 20 to April 15, 2021. For the Jr. Scale Stenographer, the skill test will take place from April 15 to 25 2021. For the Driver/ Driver-II/ Driver Grade II, the skill test is scheduled for June 01 to 15, 2021.
As per the notice, the exam for Junior Assistant is scheduled from May 15 to 20, 2021. For the post of Junior Scale Stenographer, the examination will take place from May 05, 2021, to May 15, 2021. Also, for Driver/ Driver-II/ Driver Grade-II posts, the written exam is scheduled for June 20, to 25, 2021.
