Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) recruitment has been started from January 04, 2019. The recruitment has been announced for the position of Engineers/ Officers/ Research Officers and Assistant Officer (Quality Control) through GATE-2019. Eligible candidates will be able to apply for these positions. Students are informed that if interested, they can apply for the below positions free of cost. Selected candidates will be signing a bond of three years from the date of joining the corporation.
IOCL is recruiting Graduate Engineers for the position of Engineers/Officers, Post Graduate Engineers, Post Graduates in Chemistry (with minimum 2 years of relevant experience). These candidates must be from Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical disciplines only. Further, Post Graduate Engineers will also be recruited for the position of Research Officers in Research & Development
Centre of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Postgraduate candidates in chemistry having at least 2 years on relevant experience will also be appointed as Assistant officer (Quality Control) in the Marketing Division of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
To qualify for the recruitment, it is mandatory that the candidates appear and qualify in the GATE 2019 exam and have the documents such as the GATE 2019 Admit Card. Further, the candidates also have to qualify in Group Discussion (GD)/Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI).

How to Apply for IOCL Recruitment Through GATE 2019
The first step for applying was to fill the GATE 2019 Application form. However, since the extended last date for the application submission has ended, no more applications will be accepted for recruitment purposes.
Now the candidates wil have to download the GATE 2019 Admit Card. After the candidates have downloaded the admit card, they have to register on the official website through GATE-2019 registration number
The candidates will be shown some important instructions; which they have to read Students must make sure to enter only valid and authentic details in the application form since the GATE scores will be retrieved through the database provided by GATE authorities. Along with this, students must also ensure that they have entered their names in the correct format and same as they filled in the GATE 2019 Application form.
In the event that the candidate gets selected and is called for GD/GT and interview, he/she will be identified through GATE-2019 admit card and GATE-2019 official scorecard. Students will be able to submit their applications till January 10, 2019.
After all the information has been submitted candidates will get a system generated a unique application ID. After the candidates have filled the application form, it is advised that they keep a separate hardcopy of the same and fix a recent passport-sized photograph on it. Also, students must ensure to upload the same photograph in their application form as they had uploaded in their GATE 2019 Aplication form.
