Indian Navy has reportedly released the application form status and admit cards for the Indian Army Matric Recruit (MR) October 2021 batch. Candidates can check their application status i.e., whether shortlisted or not, on the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in. Invariably, if candidates are shortlisted, they will be issued admit cards and can appear for the screening test for recruitment. Those who have not been shortlisted will not be issued any admit cards. Therefore, candidates must first check their application status to confirm whether they have been selected or not. Indian Navy is conducting this selection process to recruit a total of 350 Sailors MR (Chef, Steward and Hygienist) from the October 2021 batch.
To check their Indian Navy MR 2021 application status, candidates must use the steps given below –
Step 1: Visit Indian Navy’s official website i.e., joinindiannavy.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the “Candidate Login” tab located next to the “Register” tab.
Step 3: By doing so, a menu with the instruction of “Select Correspondence State” will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Choose the appropriate state, enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Save’ option.
Step 5: A login window will open asking for credentials. Enter the required details such as email address (used during application process) and password.
Step 6: Enter the captcha code before clicking on the ‘Log In’ option.
Step 7: After successfully logging in, the “Application Status & View” menu will appear on the screen.
Step 8: Click on the “Application Status” option followed by the ‘View’ option to check the exact status.
While checking the Indian Navy MR 2021 application status, if the entire row is green then the candidate has been selected to complete the remaining steps of the recruitment process. Candidates must note that all three options must be green, namely “Receipt of Online Application”, “Shortlisting” and “Allotment of Exam Centre/Services Selection Board (SSB) centre”. Only then will the candidate be deemed shortlisted. If that’s not the case, then the candidate has not been shortlisted by the authorities.
This recruitment drive is conducted based on the marks obtained in Class 10. Since the vacancies are few and the Class 10 percentage is usually high, the Indian Navy MR 2021 cut-offs are invariably high. Hence, only a few candidates get shortlisted to appear for the exam. As per the official notification, 1750 candidates will receive Indian NAvy MR 2021 Admit Card for written exam and PFT. Only these candidates will be issued admit cards for the screening test.
